The Gold coin(s) are part of the MineColony mod. They are used at a Bank after you have added a Town Hall .

Getting Gold Coin(s)

In order to get gold coins you need to either have a Crafting Table II or a Bank as shown below.

Once in the Bank you can place a Gold Ingot in on the left side and you can get Gold Coin(s) out the right side.
